My work is rooted in creating a space where you can reconnect with your body’s wisdom and gently unravel the patterns that no longer serve you. True healing begins with safety.
My professional training includes a license in massage therapy, specializing in trauma work and somatic therapy, as well as certifications in trauma-informed breathwork and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). My work has been extensively informed by my own healing journey, having studied and utilized energy healing, conscious breathwork, movement therapies, inner child integration, and psychedelic medicine work, amongst other methods.
It is my greatest honor to be able to hold space for those seeking awareness, growth, and deep healing, and I look forward to connecting with those aligned to work with us.
My mission is to provide a sanctuary for deep healing, where individuals reconnect with their innate wholeness through bodywork, breath, and energy practices.

Your breath is a gateway inward. Through slow, conscious breathing, this practice helps you gently release tension, move stored emotions, and quiet the mind. Breathwork invites clarity, balance, and a deeper connection to your inner world—one breath at a time.
